The new season will add several improvements to the series, such as the restart of the season clock, new weapons from other franchise games, and more prizes. With Season 13 of the acclaimed smartphone game COD: Mobile coming to a close, players were curious what the big improvements that would come with the new season.

Recently, in a community update shared on Reddit, game developers revealed improvements to the season scheme, as from now on the season counter will be reset with the beginning of each year, meaning Season 14 will now become Season 1.

They did this with the intention of preventing seasons from hitting insane numbers, a solution that has been introduced in many other games involving combat passes, such as Fortnite with its Chapter 2.
