Games publisher Riot Games has announced a five-year deal with Santander.

Santander is a Spanish multinational financial services company based in Madrid and Santander in Spain.

The agreement for Riot Games collaboration will cover the whole official League of Legends E-sports scene in Brazil.

There will be Santander’s featured in the Brazilian League of Legends Championship (CBLOL) and in its Academy division.

Moreover, The Brazilian broadcasts of Mid-Season Invitational and League of Legends World Championship will also feature the new sponsor.

Santander’s debut in CBLOL will starts today.

Saturday, April 23rd, during the finals of the current split between Red Canids Kalunga and paiN Gaming.

Besides, the brand will displayed during the broadcast,

The bank team will also stand as the presenting partner and will be responsible for the match’s MVP prizing.

The other actions and brand activations expected more

For the next split of CBLOL, to be held in the second half of 2022.

As part of the bank’s E-sports strategy, Santander has partnered with a variety of esports events and organisations.

Most notably the bank sponsors E-sports organisation FURIA and the Brazilian Free Fire League (LBFF).

Due to its new partnership, the bank now has its brand attached to two of the main competitions in the country.
